Miss Nethers is a graduate of Washington High School with the class of 1949 and graduated from Rockingham Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Harrisonburg, class of 1952, where she received her R.N. degree.
Mr. Dennis graduated from Washington High School with the class of 1948 and is now employed by Dupont in South Carolina.
The wedding will take place m the near future.
AMISSV1LLE FIRE AUXILIARY MEETS
The Ladies Auxiliary of the Amissville Volunteer Fire Department held its regular meeting last Wednesday night in the temporary fire house.
The auxiliary decided to have the Upstairs of die fire house plastered to he used as a community center. Among the recent donations to the auxiliary were dishes, given by Hunter Curtis of Warrenton; an antique lamp, which sold for $117, given by Mrs. Charles Qevenger; and the Home Demonstration donated $100. After the meeting a Stanley Party was held at which time many prizes were given away. Refreshments were also served. The attendance at the nfteting was large.
