Violin-Piano Recital

In Colpeper, Sunday

Mrs. Wilhelmina Brown Amiss and Mrs. Harrell S. Dyer will give a violin and piano recital in Pitt's Theatre, Culpeper, Sunday afternoon, March 22, at 5 o'clock. These two

together for years and have been persuaded to share their music with other music-lovers. No invitations have been sent, no programs will be printed, no admission charged: the ladies want anyone who really enjoys music to share with them the pleasure they get from playing. The program will include a Beethoven Sonata, a Heifitz number, Albeniz, Debussey, Rachmaninoff, and others of the popular classics. The public needs no invitation; only a desire to hear this type of good music. The program isn’t to raise money for anything; it’s sole purpose is to let anyone who wishes share the listening pleasure.
