Active pallbearers were George Jenkins, Elzie Jenkins, Robert Jenkins, Harrison Fincham, George Jenkins, Eugene Doggett, Junior Leake,and Rufus Leake. Friends attending the services carried the large profusion of beautiful floral tributes.
Miss Irene Keyser entertained on Saturday after the Point-to-Point races. Her guests were Mr. and Mrs. Downing Wood, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller, Miss Lottie Burton, Robert L. Brown and Miss Ruth Stevens. - Mrs. Charles White of kinden was a week end guest of her brother-inlaw and sister, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell. On Friday evening Mr. and Mrs. Campbell attended the “Night Court Revue" at the high school on Friday night Saturday they attended the Point-to-Point races.
