Both Mr. White and Mr. Bailey have announced that Mr. Shiner, who started the business in Front Royal in 1941, will stay with the new owners for the present. They plan to operate their business under the name of Shiner's Drug Store and to continue Mr. ShinefT policies and service to the community.
