Rappahannock Breeders, Inc., recently organized for the purpose of breeding dairy cattle certificially, reports an additional member this week in accepting the application of M.H. Brown of Amissville who subscribed five cows. Like several other small herd owners “Mossie,” as he is called by his neighbors, is very much pleased over getting his cows bred to outstanding bulls. Said Mr. Brown, "It will be much cheaper to breed my cows his way than it will* cost me to keep a bull and I can keep another cow in the place of the bull if. I want to.” . -
To date the organization has 95 members who have subscribed six hundred fifteen cows and is still growing.
