Somebody is telling about a new organization called the “Ighats.” It is the slogan of a movement and it ineans “Pm gonna holler about taxes.” The organization had its beginning at a Cedar Rapids community luncheon where industrial workers earning $3,400 a year learned that they were paying $1,100 a year in taxes, $800 of which is hidden.
“IGHATS” . have been spreading. The trouble, to date, is that they have accomplished little, but hopes are high.
