All that certain farm in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing ap- , proximately 94 acres, more or lesp. This farm has two good dwelling bouses thereon, a barrfj and the usual outbuildings, is well watered, and has an apple orchard thereon.

The farm will be offered in four separate tracts and as a whole by the undersigned, who reserve the right to reject all offers on account of inadequacy of price, whether for the whole or for the separate tracts.

The real estate will be offered in gross and not by the acre and will be sold subject to any visible or recorded rights of way or easements and especially subject to an electric light and power line easement across said apple orchard, recently granted the Northern Virginia Power Company.

Possession of the farm will be delivered immediately with the exception of the apple orchard which has been rented for the season of 1953.

The farm or any part thereof may be inspected or viewed by any interested persons on or before the sale date.
