Mr. and Mrs. Edward Payne of Arlington spent the holiday week end with Mrs. Payne’s mother, Mrs. Catherine Brown and family.
Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Craven and daughter were guests of Mrs. Craven’s mother, Mrs. Luther Brown last week. The Cravens were enroute to their home in Orange after spending several days in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Mrs. F. D. Coffey and son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey Jr. went to Charlottesville on ■Thursday where Mrs. Coffey and her son saw a doctor for treatment and a check up. Later, they motored to Nelson County where they visited relatives until Sunday. On Sunday evening Mrs. Coffey, Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey Jr., and Dolly Smith visited Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers at Flint Hill.
