Mr. ami Mrs. Lester Yates and their guests, Mf7- and Mrs. Wityiam Hudson Yates of Dublin were joined by several members of the Yates family at the Pinnacles picnic grounds in the Shenandoah National Park on Sunday for a picnic dinner.

Rev. A. Paul Thompson spent the early part of the week in Charlottesville where he was counselor at a R.A. camp. During his absence from home Mrs. Thompson and Ann Rodes are guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes^ Brown at “Rock Villa.” On Sunday Mrs. Frances Thornton aftd son were dinner guests of her parents.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin - Ragey afid family of Brentwood, Maryland spent the week end with Mrs. O. B. Swindler and daughter, Miss Barbara Swindler.
