FLINT HILL AUXILIARY SPONSORS CARD PARTY
A Card Party is being sponsored by the Flint Hill Auxiliary to the Fire Department this Thursday night, November 11 at 7:30 in Russell’s Show Room in Flint Hill.
Prizes will be awarded to the tables, in addition to a door prize. Refreshments will be served to the players. — '
Any kincf of cards may be played. The players are asked to bring their own cards. Contact Mrs. J. S. Browning in Flint Hill for reservations. The price is 50c per person.
PRAYER SERVICE TODAY AT TRINITY CHURCH
On Thursday, November 11, at 12 noon there will be a public service of prayer and intercession in Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, in connection with v Veterans’ Day. All are welcome. The Rev. Mr. Nichols is presently employed at the Kingston Steam Plant. His wife is an employee of the Rockwood First National Bank. • , ,
