Slate Mills community organized their H.D. club Friday night. The following officers were elected r President, Miss Betty Powers; Sec., Mrs. Robert Boyd; Federation goal chairman, Mrs. George Nethers; Pro. Dev. leader, Mrs. Alice Dorsey.
Hostesses for the group were Mrs. Virginia Miller and Miss Lizzie Miller. The demonstration was on homemade gifts with each of the members bringing gifts they had made.
