free tests. 4. Reacting animals will be tagged and branded by a State or Federal veterinarian.
5. Reacting animals in Plan A herds only will be appraised and when slaughtered, indemnity will be paid owner at one third of the difference between appraisal and salvage not to exceed $25 for a grade animal or $50 for a registered purebred.
6. Herds of less than 5 animals may participate in this program without signing up under one of the plans.
7. Veterinarians desiring to participate in this work should apply immediately for appointment to Dr. H. S. Miller, 1102 State office building, Richmond. Payments to veterinarians cannot be made until such appointment is secured. -—8. Herds now operating under Plan A need not again sign up. All reactors found subsequent to November 1 are subject to indemnity.
9. Herds now operating _under ^Plan B may have all currently held reactors appraised and sign Plan A at the same time. Herd test must follow immediately.
