Dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Rapley Shackleford were Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. Jennie Miller, Miss Lizzie Miller and Mrs. Susie Thornton. Guests for dinner in the Shackleford home on Tuesday were Rev. and Mrs. A. Paul Thompson, Miss Eda Finks and Mrs. Mary Dulaney.
Mr. arid Mrs. H. H. Aylor, Mrs. Della Howard and Jackie Taylor spent Sunday in Arlington at the home.of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cozzo, where they were joined by other members of their family for a day’s visit. Mrs. Cozzo had arranged a party for little Jackie (who lives. with Mrs. Aylqr) in celebration of her 6th birthday.
Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily will spend the next two weeks in Bentonville with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Durden and family. Mrs. Durden entered the Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal on Wednesday, where she will undergo an operation today (Thursday morning) following an illness at her home in Benti.
