Not long ago it was my privilege to meet a woman who was exceedingly happy in her work. Yet her work was of such nature that most individuals would have found nothing more than_ monetary return from such employment—even that was small.

Our difficulty often lies not so much in the work as in the atti'tude of the worker. The fact was that joy had been discovered through a higher purpose in life and her work was the means toward that end.
