helps in many ways in the immunity. For years, this dub rollected for the street limits. Durng the last-two yearsi the yearly 3rejects have been furnishings for :he Flint Hill Fire HalL The !H. D. members are active n the National drives:! Red Cross, Heart Fund, Polio March of Dimes, Cancer Crusade and Childen's Heme Society and others.The club is proud to have one of its members, Mrs. Barbara * Gentry. c'ccted 'w the District President. In April, [the Rappahannock clubs were hostess to the District Meeting. The members have cooperated in the National Civil Defense efforts. This year one • of the programs was “Feeding Large Groups of People.”
On the Spiritual side, each of the meetings epens with a prayer and scripture. Many of the members are active choir members and Sunday School teachers
The desire of the;club is that society live up to the club creed, that “our homes reach out in service to the community and help unite the people.” i
