The first business for discussion was the system of handling Home Service.

Cotndr. Wolf, Chairman of Home Service in Rappahannock, and, therefore, Vice Chairman of Home Service of the chapter, stated that practically no financial assistance was habitually given in his area. No set plan was made for meeting public needs, but he didn’t wish a revolving fund of $25 monthly, at this time,- preferring to meet each case individually as it came up,

Mrs. Wachtmeister asked the two members from Rappahannock to appoint three people from their area to serve on the Board of Directors for remainder of fiscal year.
