Mr. John G. Castles has replaced Mr. Ronnie Hancock, Jr. as County Supervisor in the Culpeper Office of the Farmers Home Administration.
Mr .Castles held the same position in Fredericksburg for five years until that office was closed in August in response to tightening of the agricultural budget. Since then he has been the County Suoervreor at Harrisonburg.
The Farmers Home Administration makes supervised operating and real estate loans and the Culpeper office serves ten counties in Nohhem Virginia, including Rappahannock County.
Mr. Castles is from Caroline County and graduated from the University of Virginia in 1950 in economics.
