Certainly did enjoy my visit in Shirey's Friday. Walked in to the store just to chat while waiting for, Mr. Blanton at Weaver’s. Mrs. Spence, Dr. Lynn’s mother was there with Mrs. Wallace and my other good friend who works in the store. We were having a blast when in walks Jean Stevens, working ads for the Sentinel. We really had a ball then. Time just flew. Mrs. Wallace said next time rite would have a pot of coffee brewing for us. By the way, Mrs. Spence asked to be remembered to her friends in Rappahannock. Believe she really likes us.
