Mrs. Mary S. Foster
Mr*. Mary Scroggins Foster, 63 wife of Addie Foster, died at her home at Washington, Va., Friday, November 13 after a lingering illness. jShe was the daughter of the. late John Scroggins and Harrietta Aylor Scroggins
Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edward Buite, Mrs. Lewis Atkins and Miss Lena Foster; five sons, Herbert, Stanley, Frank,- Hoover and Silas Foster all of Washington Va.; a twin sister Mrs. Martha ' Hawk of Harrisburg, Pa. and Mrs. Walter Grimsley of Hume; four brothers, Charles, Edwin, * John and Benjamin Scroggins all of Washington, Va.
Graveside services were conducted Sunday, November 15 by Rev. Mack A. Morgan at the Masonic Cemetery at Washington, Va. at 2 p.m. Active pallbeareds were Guy E. Foster, George Foster, Floyd Scroggins, Clahert Smoot, Elbert Lester, Hoyd Riley arid C. G. ■ Reid.
