In the Mount Salem, Mr. E. T. Chewning’s Lotus III piloted by Miss Kathy Kusner, lead the field all the way and swept over the finish line with Mr. J. Mallory Nash’s’' Gin Ricky close on her heels. Miss Janet Palmes took a spill from Phi, New Hope Farms entry, but came back in the Col. Richards Memorial, the junior jumping race, to win second place. A very plucky young lady.

In celebration of his birthday, Bruce Critzer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Critzer, Washington appeared on the Bozo television show Wednesday along with his brother Stevie, Wade Wallihan Massis, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Massie, I'll and Billy Payne, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne. The children were accompanied by Mrs. Critzer and Mrs. Robert Keyser. \
