Joseph T. Warrfcn, Resident' Engineer of the Highway Department appeared befoije the Board and requested that a public hearing be set for Wednesday, April 5, 1961 at ten o’clock A- M. Upon motion duly made qy Supervisor 'E. M. Estes, seconded by Supervisor H. B. Wood and unanimously adopted, the Board instructed its Clerk to give Notjce as provide ed by law in Title 33, Section 47 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, that Representatives of thej Department of Highways will meet with the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County at the Court House of said County on Wednesday,
April 5, 1961 at ten ojclock A. M. for the purpose of discussing and advising with the B°»r<l and Citizens present at said mjeeting, plans and proposals for the maintenance and improvement, including construction and reconstruction of ijisuch roads in the Secondary System of State Highways in Rappahannock County, the said NOTICE to be published in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS in the issues of March 9th| and 16th, 1961; and the Clerk was further instructed to post a copy of said Notice on the Bulled j Board at the Court House and mail copies thereof to the said Resident Engineer.
