OBITUARIES

Mrs. Daisy M. Yates

Mrs. Daisy Menefee Yates of Sperryville, died at the home of Mrs. J. H. Aylor in Arlington early Monday morning, March 6..

She was 80 years of age, a native of Rappahannock County and die daughter of Charles F. and Susan 1 Guard Menefee. She was the widow of James M. Yates of Spenyville.

Surviving are a foster daughter, . Mrs. Della Howard of Arlington; and two sisters, Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee of Sperryville;

Graveside services were, held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Sperryville Cemetry with Rev. William A. Jester officiating. -

Pallbearers were Edward M. Mathews, John R. Hudson, Fielding M. Lewis, Charles R. Lewis, Capt. Carroll Menefee and H. H. Aylor, Jr.

Clore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Mary A. Huff

Mrs. Mary A. Huff, 76, widow of Charles H. Huff, Sr. died February 23 at her home jn Waynesboro, Pa.

She was bom in Washington, Va., a daughter of the late Charles E. and Addie E. O’Neal 'Fogg. Her early life was spent in Washington. Following her marriage, she moved to Ringgold, Pa. in 1901 and in 1903 retutfned to Washington where she lived until 1918 when the family again returned to Ringgold. In 1W7 they moved to Waynesboro.

She is survived by four children, Mrs. Charles C. Cross, Breathedsville, Md.; Mrs. Motz, Waynesboro; Charles H. Huff, Jr., Suitland, Md. and Joseph F. Huff, Blue Ridge Summit; 10 grand, children and 5 great-grandchild■ ren.

Funeral services were held Saturday from Grove Funeral Home and interment was in Ringgold Cemetery.
