Next week 12(0 Rappahannai County school chi dren, both white and colored, will be among thousands of other children in the state of Virginia to h^ve the privilege o( being benefitted from the services rendered by the V i r g i n i a Hearing Foundation in Charlottesville. Two types of field services will be provided.
The first servce will be the audiometric screening of hearing. The purpose of this test is to determine die number of children in the Rappahannock School System who have impaired hearing, the severity of loss, to make accurate referrals and to adivse the parents on the treatment of their children at home.
