Now before cold weather sets in is a good time to spray cattle for lice and grub control. Co-ral will do an excelIqnt job on both. Don't fool yourself in thinking lice aren’t a problem. Co-Ral should be used not less than 45 days before cattle are marketed for slaughter.

Seemingly demands for Veterinarian services are increasing. One Rappahannock breeder reported recently the Vet he has been using for a number of years at this season told him he’d have to find someone else to do the work as he was booked solid.
Along this line, I again urge all producers consigning heifer calves to organized feeder sales to start their herd tests for TB and Bruccellosis in the fall. Such a practice means: (1) You’ll have maximum time to get the herd clean should there prove to be reactors; (2) you’ll be doing the job at a time whan you have a better chance of
