President John T. Trumbull appointed a committee to draw up a revised constitution and by-laws consisting of Edwin Lacy .Chairman; Mrs. W. E. Sealock, Jr. of Front Royal; Miss Mary Miller Wood of Washington, Va.; and Mr. G. Kenneth Levi of Berryville. Mrs. Joseph Settle of Berryville was appointed as Co-Chairman of the Volunteer Committee.
The Board members expressed gratitude to individuals who had helped with the TB exhibit at the Warren County Fair.
