An ordinance to regulate the subdivision of property *nto lots, streets, alleys and other public areas to provide for the making and recording of plats of such subdivisions and the certification of same and provide for the approval of plats, was duly considered. following a required public hearing held on January 3. 1962; and said ordinance was adopted by the Coard of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at its regular meeting held on January 3, 1962. This o dinance shall be effective on and after 12:01 A. M. on January 4, 1962, Copies of which are available to the public at the County Clerk’s Office in the Town of Washington.
