all the following described property, to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying and being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and described as follows:
Beginning at the corner of the Martha Ann Timbers land and Virginia State Highway No. 622, thence S. 438' along said Highway No. 622, to the corner of the B. R. Miller land; thence E 50’ along with the B. R. Miller land to corner of the John Clatterbuck land; thence N. along the said Clatterbuck line and an extension thereof to until it joins the said Martha Ann Timbers land; then W. along said Martha Ann Timbers land to point of beginning, containing % of a acre more or less and being part of the same land conveyed to the said John W. Kendall and Mary V. Kendall, his wife, by deed dated 23rd of Sept., 1954, and recorded in Rappahannock County Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 62 at page 97. For further information contact James W.
