The U.S. Department of Agriculture has established what is known as the Rural Area Development Program, which has as its primary objective to develope' economic and human resources to their fullest potential fos*=yielding human satisfaction.
At an initial planning meeting held January 4th, it was decided that business and professional men and organizational leaders be asked to be present at a meeting to be held at the Courthouse, Washington, Va., on Friday, January 19th at 7:30 p.m.
