NUT-COCONUT BARS
2 eggs, slightly beaten l/i cup broken nuts 2 tablespoons melted butter *4 cup enriched self1 cup brown sugar rising com meal 1 cup moist shredded coconut
Set oven at 350 degrees F. to preheat. Combine eggs and butter. Add remaining ingredients all at once. Stir until thoroughly blended. Pour into greased wax-paper lined 8-inch square pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool slightly, then cut into bars.
