The object of this suit is to partition the real estate that William Green Grigsby, deceased, and Sally Tharp Grigsby, deceased, his wife, died seized and possessed of, located, situate and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, near Rock Mills:, and to quiet title to certain parcels of said land. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Virginia Jeffries Peltz is not a resident of the State fit Virginia; ' and there are Unknown Parties as defendants who are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of, who may or may not be residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that Virginia Jeffries Peltz and said Unknown Parties do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what mdy be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.' And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Virginia, that a copy be posted at tbe front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 28th day of June, 1962, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit here -in, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
