Luncheon guests on “Thursday of Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett were Mrs. Brooke Moffett and daughter Robin of Norfolk. On Sunday Mrs. Moffett was the guest for dinner of Mrs. J. N. Major at Riverside in Riverton.
Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Corrigan have been residents at Avon 'Hall for some time recently and have had guests from Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington. Their fireworks display on July 4th was greatly enjoyed by the whole community.
