The object cf this suit ts to partition the real estate located at Chester Gap, Rappahannock County, Virginia, that Noah Samuel Williams, died seized and posessed of, in one of the modes prescribed by law, and that said property be sold by the court and the proceeds be divided amongst those entitled thereto.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Annie Mahoney Williams, the widow of Noah Samuel Williams, and her two infant children, Mary Helen Williams and Arnold Davis Williams, are not resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that Annie Mahoney Williams do appear within -ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect her interets in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News a newspaper published in the town of Washington, Virginia. that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County7 on or before the 10th day of July, 1%2. "and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
