Field Day At Still House Hollow
R. H. Matthieson, Sr. and Jr., owners of Still House Hollow Fran, Hume, Va., have announced that their farm will hold its annual field Day Saturday^ August 11th. All people interested in Hereford cattle are invited to attend this big event featuring demonstration and talks by leading Hereford breeders across America.
The program begins at 9:30 p.m. EDT, with registration by the Matthiessen’s lake and will be followed by a tour of the farms cow herd. On display throughout the day will be various groups of Still House cattle including cow
ferd, replacement cattle, herd ulls, show string and cattle being readied for their production sale December 8. A special attraction will include a display of Quarter Horses from North Wales Farm, Warren ton.
