Cheyenne, Wyo. — “Was I going too fast?" the worried teen-aged asked when stopped by a Cheyenne police officer.
"Nope, but you’re a little overloaded," the officer replied.
“Yes, but we aren't violating the law," the teen-| aged said.
“We’ve got only three people in the front seat."
The officer scratched his head and agreed the high school youth was legally right. “But," he added,“you’d bet ter start unloading a tew in the back seat. Eleven kids in the back seat is to many."

In past months, I have received questions concerning the use of pictures in home decorating. Perhaps the following hints will help you solve your problems in this area.
When you hang a picture, keep in mind the relation between the size and importance of the picture and the space in which it is to hang. If only one small picture is available for a large space, put it on a large mat and use vines or wood carvings beside it.
Usually the center of interest of the picture should be at eye level of the average person standing, although some pictures are intended to be looked at while seated.
Pictures hung in groups should be close together, with the space between them narrower than the width of an individual picture, and they should be related in character, harmonious in color, and similarly framed. If a large and a small picture are used in a vertical arrangement, the small one is hung below. Avoid stairstep arrangements except along a stairway.
Few, if any, pictures should be hung against a patterned wallpaper. Light, warm tonal values are the best background for most pictures, and they must be adequately lighted both day and night.
Hang pictures flat against the wall, with all wires and hooks concealed.
Pictures should be hung to give a feeling of unity to the furnishing arrangements. Avoid a spotty appearance.
