Mr. Harry C. Gray, Chapter Chairman, congratulated Mr. Bowman upon his fine organization. Also for his understanding and support of the Blood Program. He spoke to the 16 members of the Board, who were present, of his own letter, outlining the Blood Program, which accompanied the preFund Campaign letter; stressing the importance of all members remembering the vital Red Cross Blood Program, • and to increase their contributions with that | in mind. There is additional expense. Mr. Gray said "The population of the 2 countied is about 30,000. The Red Cross membership should be at least 15% of the population. At present, the membership is 10%. We have 500 Blood Donors, we need 1000 more. The two Services are interdependent. Help Mr. Bowman and his Wonderful organization of loyal volunteers all you can."
