You are further notified that on the 22nd day of June, 1963, or as soon thereafter as possible, I will apply to the Clrek of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia for a tax deed for said property. However, such real estate may be redeemed at any time before the execution and delivery of said deed bv von by payments of. all taxes, costs and interest in full to said Treasurer.
