jury. This was the second trial, the first held December 18, 1962, resulted in a hung Jury after much deliberation. It was heard by Judge R. V. Snead, Washington. The defendant has four months in which to appeal the case to a higher court, if substantial grounds are ! found.

Beginning March 5, the i local Selective Service j Board office in Washington, j Virginia will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays while the clerk is in Front Royal office. Thi s is for the month of March only. The Washington, Virginia office will be open from 8:30 A.M. - 5 P. M. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Front Royal office will have the same hours on Tuesday and Thursday. The Monday-Friday schedule will resume on April 1.
