Rappahannock Panthers were defeated by Marshall Friday night thus bowing to fourth in the district. Other boys standings are: Marshall first; Warrenton, second; and Nokesville, third.
In the playoff tonight Warrenton and Marshall girls will compete and Warrenton and Nokesville boys. Friday night Rappahannock and Nokesville girls will play and Rappahannock and Marshall boys. Winners from these two nights will compete for the championship Saturday night.
At the close of the tourna ment an all-star boys and girls team will be selected from the district. Last year the local girls were District Nine Champions. /We would like to have a repeat performace.
