ready an ordinance. (3) Mowing of the marker lot which would take about twenty minutes and is used by Court House visitors. (4) Payment for publishing the ordinance (dealing with proposed tax levy). (5) Establishing dumps through out the county. Mr. Newbill Miller, representing the Board of Supervisors, stated that he had not been able to contact all the members, adding that it would cost the county api proximately $150.00 to call a special meeting. He further stated that he believed the compromise would be accepted, with the exception of payment of publicity of the Ordinance involved, that he personally would be against it. A motion was made in the council that the Ordinance for levying a town license tax of $10.00 be passed. The motion died for lack of a second. A motion was made to table passage of Town Tag Ordinance for this year subject to the Board of Supervisors complying with all the points of compromise. This motion was seconded and passed by a vote of 3 to 2.
