Open House *t Faiwujier, Livestock Exchange
The farmer-directors of the $150,000 Fauquier Livestock Exchange invite everyone to an open house at the market on Route 55 east of Marshall on Sunday afternoon from 2 until 4 p.m. Visitors will see the results of two years of building and planning and will have an opportunity to meet the market operating staff. The State Commissioner of Agriculture Richard Chumney will open the market for its first sale Tuesday at 1 p.m.
Miss Pillar Injured
In Auto Crash
Miss Peggy Pillar of Quantico was hospitalized Saturday with injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The crash occurred at Lignum. She is a patient in Culpeper Memorial Hospital where she underwent surgery for internal injuries. Her condition is satisfactory. Miss Pillar, who is a teacher in Quantico, was enroute to Sperryville to spend the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pillar. In passing another car she lost control of her vehicle and turned over.
