Gen. and Mrs. Daniel Noce have just received word that their son Major Robert W. Noce, a recent graduate student at Ft. Leavenworth has received orders for Viet Nam. Major and Mrs. Noce and children will visit his parents at Laural Hill Farm before leaving for Florida where the family will remain near Mrs. Noce’s parents during his tour of duty.
Weekend guests of Mrs. Sue Ingersoll were Mrs. William Metcalf Doolittle, Jr., and two children William, Jr., and Kim Doolittle of Dolington, Penn.
Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Herman E. Knust will be pleased to learn of their return to their farm on Friday the 29th after spending the winter in Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. Knust are very impressed with Mexico having entered by the route of Nuevo Loredo, staying* overnight in Monterrey, a few days in 'San Luis Potosi and then in historic Guadalajara. They ! traveled to Colimo and Manzanillo on the slopes and hills that extend to the Pacific Ocean. It was here they spent the winter. On march 3rd Mr. and Mrs. Knust departed from unusually attractive Manzanillo to return to Virginia coming inland to Morelia, on to Tam^pico on the Gulf, up to Montamoros and entering the states - by Brownville, Texas.. , Mrs. Ray Cannon and Mrs. {J- T. Dellinger returned Sunday from Forest City, North ^Carolina after accompanying , Mrs. Lizzie Barnett to her home there. Mrs. Barnett is the | mother of Mrs. Dillinger and has spent the winter with her.
Miss Joan Lee of Flint Hill . was the week-end guest of Miss „Ann Cannon.
