I The UH 34-D helicopter was on a local instrument training hop when engine failure caused the pilot to make an autorotation to ground landing in a field on the farm of Miss Elsie Courtney. Piloting the plane were Capt. T. P. Lougheed and Chief Warrant Officer H. B. Johnson. They were accompanied by Crew Chief Pvt. lc D. F. Wortman. -s
