The Rev. and Mrs. Dabney J. Carr andfamily,formerly of Washington, are expected to arrive Friday from Bay Head, N. J. and will be overnight guests at Lake Motel. Mr. Carr will perform the Cloe-Pillar wedding ceremony in Trinity Episcopal Church on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. M. G. Watts returned Tuesday from several days' vacation in North Carolina. The Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer were business visitors Tuesday in Washington, D. C. M/Sgt. and Mrs. George Terry and children of Hampton arrived Saturday to spend two weeks vacation with Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Armel. Mrs. Terry was recently promoted to Asst. Manager of the Transit-Proof Dept, of the Merchants National Bank of Hampton where she has been employed for the past 18 months. She also recently completed her second American Institute Banking course in Negotiable I n s t r u ments and tied with another student for top grade in her class.
