Miss Mattie Rector

Mr. and Mrs. Asher Lowman of Arlington spent the week-end at their home here. Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill were guests Wednesday of Mrs: Maude Schlosser in Washington, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Sill, Mr. and Mrs. Cameron Dye and Lewis Carder of Arlington were Sunday guests of the Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson.

The Rev. Park Dickerson of Culpeper was the Sunday guest of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson. Mrs. Lily Barber left Sunday with her grandson Miller Armstrong and Mrs. Armstrong For Richmond. After a visit there she will go to the home of her daughter Mrs. A. R. Armstrong in Williamsburg. Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Blanton and family of Amelia, Miss Mary Miller Wood of Washington and Mrs. R. G. Quaint - ance, Jr. were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood; and Mrs. R. G. Qualntance. Mrs. R. E. Palmer of Washington Grove, Md. and her daughter Mrs. Harold Heiges of Washington, D. C. spent the week-end with Mrs. R. M. Johnson.
