(EST) At The Front Door of die Court House in Washington, Virginia Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Netus Harold Brown, single, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated October 24, 1966, and recorded November 9, 1956, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 66, at page 37, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, November 16, 1968, at 11:00 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit. “All that certain lot or parcel of land known as the J*®** A. Estes Johnson Property (which is bounded on the south by the highway leading from Sperryville to Culpeper, on the East by the lands of Zula H. Sealock, on the North by the land of William H. Johnson, (now J. H. Daily), and on the West by the lane leading from said public highway to the property of Luther Brown and others.” This Is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by Netus Harold Brown, party of the first part hereto, by deed from George W. Hawkins and Geneva Golden Hawkins, dated October 24, 1956, and recorded in the ^bdfs Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, November 9, 1956, in Deed Book 66, at page 85.
