When I accepted this nomination, I promised to conduct an active campaign. This 1 have done by personally contacting about 10,000 of you. 1 wish 1 could say all of you. Your response has been gratifying to me. 1 would like to report my findings to you.

Many of you have said you did not know your State Senator or anything he has done during his 12 years in office. The reason you do not know is you have had 12 years cf do-nothing representation and he promises you 4 more of the same experience. Experperience is of no value unless something is accomplished. Many of you have indicated to me your desire for active representation of
