Culpeper Javcees, conducting last night’s meeting, outlined the local, state, and national phases of the Junior Chamber and concluded the meeting with an outline of activities conducted by its chapter during the past year. The Culpeper Jaycees completed many major projects during 1963; most of which were in the fields of young Welfare and Community Development.
Chairman of the Culpeper extension group is John McDevitt. Other Culpeper members attending Monday evening's affair were Bill Beams, Bill Greenlaw, and Jack Kerna Young mpn of Rappahannock County present at the meeting were H. B. Wood, Jr., Henry R. Hudson, Charles K. Estes, Lynn J. Atkins, Garfield F. Burke, Charles W. Leake, Donald W. Dodson, Julian Brown, Edward M. Clark, Thomas Wayland, Charles A. Jenkins, James Ashby Wayland, and T.
