Yancey was the Sunday dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood and Mrs. R. G. Quaintance. Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson were Monday night supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Patterson. On Sunday the Johnsons were dinner guests of the Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson.. The Rev. Park Dickerson was a dinner guest Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hawkins were guests Saturday even ing of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Butler. Mrs. Ashby Wayland of Washington was a Sunday guest of the Butlers. Mrs. George Butler, Sr. returned home from Herndon on Thursday after a vist there with Mr. and Mrs. George Butler, Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Butler, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Sisk of Arlington were Mr. and Mrs. Butler’s weekend guests. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thornhill were Saturday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Thornhill. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Hawkins and Mrs. Cary Thornhill were Tuesday guests of June Hoffman In Orange. Mrs. Oscar Butler was a Thursday guest of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Menefee. Their guests on Friday were Mrs. George Butler, Mrs. Jessie Hawkins and Mrs. Daniel Menefee.
