Mr. and Mrs. Claude Sparks and family spent Sunday afternoon visiting Mrs. Sparks’ sister and brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jenkins and family of Rixeyville. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Ireland were in Charlottesville on Safe urday where Mr. Ireland! entered Martha Jefferson Ho& pital for treatment of an injured back. Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Walker and daughter Donna Lee of Clinton, Md. and Mr.andMrs. Richard Hensley and children of Culpeper were recent Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hensley and family and Mrs. Gladys Jachlosser and daughter Gladys. Last Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hensley and family visited Mr. Hensley's sister and brother-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Le Roy Johnston of Brightwood. Mr. and Mrs. Holtzman Frazier and family of Fredericksburg and Mr. and Mrs. She Ivy Frazier and family of Cagtletqn, MtU.anpMrs,F:dgar Jenkins and daughter Margaret of Mitchells were Sunday afternoon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and family.
Mrs. Patsy Butler and daughter Carolyn Sue have been spending the week With her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Burke. They returned to their home in Arlington on Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Brew Burke and daughter Mrs. Tom Thornhill with her daughter were all in Charlottesville on Monday for a check up at the University of Va. Hospital. Mary Jane Thornhill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill was taken to the University of Va. Hospital March 16 for treatment of pneumonia. She returned home on the 19th and is reported to be improving. S’unday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Thornhill and family were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thornhill and daughter of Culpeper; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thornhill and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill and daughter of Boston.
