Two Area Accidents

Two trucks owned by the same person and operated by brothers were involved in an accident on the Fodder Stack road, Route 628, one mile north of Washington on August 13. The vehicles were owned by Thomas Edward Lee and were operated by Donald Ray Keyser and Lee Edward Keyser, Donald Keyser, driving a 1958 Ford truck, applied his brakes when a dog ran across the road in front of him. Lee Keyser, in a 1948 Chevrolet truck, ran into the first vehicle. Lee Edward Keyser was charged with following too closely, according to Trooper J. B. Willis who investigated the accident. A two car collision occurred August 14 at 5 p.m. on Route 729 two-tenths of a mile north of the Thornton River, and several persons sustained minor injuries. James W.
